Terms of Service

By accessing or using Farmz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Farmz is a crowdsourced agricultural land research platform that allows users to:

• Research agricultural land across India using an interactive map.
• View and contribute price reports, legal information, and discussions.
• List agricultural properties for sale (as an Advisor).
• Earn and spend XP (experience points) by contributing to the community.

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to contribute content.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not create multiple accounts to manipulate XP or voting.

When you submit content (price reports, discussions, legal flags, listings), you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant Farmz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
• Agree that your content will be visible to other users.
• Are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent price data or legal information.
• Manipulate the XP or voting system (vote farming, self-voting through multiple accounts).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in discussions.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.

• XP points are a virtual currency with no monetary value.
• XP cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Farmz reserves the right to adjust XP balances and costs at any time.
• Abuse of the XP system may result in account suspension.

Farmz provides information for research purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data on the platform, including:

• Price reports submitted by users.
• Soil, water, and terrain data from third-party APIs.
• Legal flag information contributed by the community.

Always conduct independent due diligence before making any land purchase decisions.

Farmz and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
